    Start your Sunday in the perfect way with a deliciously light breakfast followed by the perfect Sunday morning pick-me-up: a 30min Pilates session led by the wonderful Anya Hayes (see below).

  • MORNING WORKSHOP: MANAGING MY ENERGY AS A BUSY MAMA

    ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:

    Being a mum requires a full tank of energy, that’s for sure.

    It’s no secret that it can be exhausting! If you are struggling to keep your energy levels up throughout the day….and caffeine just isn’t doing it…this one’s for you.

    Our personal energy is a fantastic thing. The more we know about it the more we are in control of it - we can start to recognise when it is running low, and take steps to boost it.

    And it’s not just the physical energy we have that matters - our emotional energy can also have a huge impact on how we feel everyday.

    This workshop is designed to give you new insights on how to top up your tank - you’ll leave with a set of practical everyday strategies to manage your energy going forward.

    You’ll discover:

    - The different types of energy you have and how your emotions affect your energy levels

    - How to recognise changes in your energy and what do about it

    - Your personal triggers that push you into a negative or stressed emotional state, and craft a unique set of practical strategies to use to maintain peak MamaRocks performance everyday!

    - A heightened sense of self-awareness of your levels of energy and emotions at any given time

AFTERNOON SESSION 1 - 4.30

  • MAMAS WHO LUNCH

    We’ll start the afternoon with food (of course!). You will enjoy a delicious lunch and get a chance to casually mingle with likeminded mamas!

  • AFTERNOON WORKSHOP: DITCHING THE MAMAGUILT TO BE THE BEST MAMA I CAN BE

    ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:

    Being a mum is hard enough – without carrying around a heavy bag of MamaGuilt everywhere we go! Most of us feel guilt in some form and to some degree EVERY SINGLE DAY.

    That’s a lot of guilt.

    The good news is you don’t have to. You can choose a life with little or no guilt at all…freeing up your headspace and leaving you fully able to focus on being a great mama!

    This workshop is designed to help you explore the complex emotion that is guilt, to discover why we feel it and importantly to learn how to manage it everyday. You will be introduced to a simple game-changer - a tool to help you manage guilt in the moment and therefore minimise it’s impact.

    It’s powerful stuff.

    You’ll discover:

    - What guilt is and where it comes from - helping you to understand why you feel it

    - The common themes of MamaGuilt in your life through exploring your current reality

    - A game-changing and simple tool to help you to get back to the facts in everyday MamaGuilt situations

    - A newfound confidence to manage and even ditch the MamaGuilt in the moment everyday

Meet our special guest:

Anya Hayes, co-author of ‘The Supermum Myth’.

Anya is a Pilates teacher and author specialising in pre and postnatal health and wellness. She is on a mission to empower women with the tools to emerge through the motherhood labyrinth relatively unscathed, with pelvic floor and sanity intact.
