Our passion at MamaClub is to support mamas at each stage of their motherhood journey with best-in-class learning and personal development. The kind of stuff you would be lucky enough to get if you worked for a big organisation. Well, now you can - and the beauty is that YOU are in control!
Our MamaLearns workshops have been designed to develop and motivate with the latest in learning; to equip you with the skills and knowledge to be the best mama you can be.

Our workshops are different to what you may have experienced before. they bring together the latest in learning and self development and the reality of mum life, creating learning that works for real mamas.
Each workshop is 3 hours long - long enough to experience some fantastic learning, and short enough to fit in with your busy life.

I bring OVER 15 years of facilitating learning at the highest level to your workshop. My role is to create a safe space for you to learn while supporting, challenging and stretching you to leave motivated with some great stuff that will make a difference to your life.
BRILLIANT LITERATURE to get you thinking
Each workshop is complimented by a Learning Journal which includes key theory and information on the topic as well as the notes you will capture on the day. This is your reference guide for after the workshop when you’ll be implementing new ideas and actions. It really is the gift that keeps on giving!

You’ll also have access to a private Facebook group of mums who have come to a MamaClub workshop - giving you the support you need to make the changes that inspired you on the day.

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
This ONE’s for you if you are curious about how TO manage your personal energy - that is, the amount and quality of mental AND physical energy you have.
Being a mum requires a full tank of energy, that’s for sure. It’s no secret that it can be exhausting! If you are struggling to keep your energy levels up throughout the day….and caffeine just isn’t doing it…this one’s for you. Our personal energy is a fantastic thing. The more we know about it the more we are in control of it - we can start to recognise when it is running low, and take steps to boost it.
And it’s not just the physical energy we have that matters - our emotional energy can also have a huge impact on how we feel everyday. This one is for you if you are curious about how to get that critical voice in your head to stop having so much control over you!
Someone wise once said that we are our own worst critic.
You might recognise the inner critic. She is the voice in your head that tells you that you look fat/ugly/frumpy (add derogatory descriptive here) when you look in the mirror. She is the voice that says ‘don’t do that…it’s a terrible idea! People will laugh at you!’ just before you are about to share something of yourself to others.
Our inner critic is like a drunken auntie at Christmas…no one want s to listen to her but it’s hard not to! And sometimes, she might just be saying it how it is, speaking the words others are too polite to say. She can be paralysing. Ignore her completely and you could lose a potential risk-spotter. Listen to her wholly and you may start to believe her.
The good news is that there is an alternative! It is possible to harness our inner critic so that she becomes a helpful friend rather than a destructive force in our life. On this workshop we explore the inner critic and tried and tested techniques to manage her so that instead of getting in the way of our goals, she can help us to achieve them.

THIS ONE’S FOR YOU IF YOU ARE CURIOUS ABOUt the idea that you can control, minimise and even ditch the guilt you feel on a daily basis using simple techniques!
Being a mum is hard enough – without carrying around a heavy bag of MamaGuilt everywhere you go. Most of us feel guilt in some form and to some degree EVERY SINGLE DAY. That’s a lot of guilt.
The good news is you don’t have to. You can choose a life with little or no guilt at all…freeing up your headspace and leaving you fully able to focus on being a great mama!

Our confidence can take a hit in motherhood for many different reasons – where maybe we used to feel confident at work, now we question our ability. Where we used to make decisions easily and quickly, we now hesitate or abdicate altogether. Where we used to meet new people easily and often, we now wonder how we can make new friends.
This knock in our confidence is totally understandable. Our worlds have been rocked by mini-humans who are demanding and all consuming! As we strive to be the best mamas we can be and give everything we have to our kids, there is a strange but real disconnect with how we also manage our own confidence levels. It’s a strange thing that when we become mothers there is a real shift in how we identify with ourselves. Being ‘mummy’ is like wearing new coat - amazing and a bit uncomfortable at the same time, especially as not so long ago we identified ourselves through our jobs, our hobbies and our friends and family.
Staying ‘ME’ while being a brilliant mama is achievable and healthy - it allows you the freedom to explore the new world of motherhood in a familiar way - your own unique and individual way.
It can be helpful to reconnect with who we are and explore how we can bring ourselves to motherhood whilst keeping that essence that is…well..us!
This workshop is designed to help you explore why your identity matters. You’ll experience the power of labelling the different roles we have (stay-at-home-mum/working mum..etc) and you will also have space to reconnect with your unique qualities - the things that make you…YOU! You’ve probably heard all the famous quotes about change like ‘If you only do what you’ve always done, you’ll only get what you’ve always got’ (Henry Ford)…or ‘Be the change you seek’ (Ghandi?). Change is a high profile topic because it matters. In the rich tapestry that is our lives, the one thing we can be sure of is that we will encounter change in every single chapter - whether that be our careers or motherhood.
It’s as good a time as any to learn about how to handle these changes. Because no matter the topic, whether your role at work has changed, or your friendship circle looks completely different now, or just the fact that each time you THINK you’ve got things planned and organised, changes crop up to derail you!
This workshop is all about understanding the nature of change and how to notice it, accept it, and then find the positive in it. You’ll leave feeling good about change - and owning it!
