A PRACTICAL WORKSHOP FOR BUSY MAMAS TO FEEL MORE BALANCED, ENERGETIC AND ALIVE
So mamas...your Hemsley and Hemsley cookbook looks great on the shelf, that juicer you bought in January is still in its box, and your new workout outfit has become loungewear. Sound familiar? We all have the best intentions to be fit, healthy and zen, but as a busy mama it can be really tough to look after yourself.
Our MamaClub mantra is 'Being the best mama I can be through first spending time on me' and we believe that a healthy mind, body and soul is the key to being an awesome mama. But we don't all have a child-free hour each day to workout; or endless time to prepare gourmet meals, so what CAN we do?
We got our heads together with wellness coach and yoga teacher Jennifer DeLucry (also Marketing & Comms Director at triyoga and busy mama-of-two!) and designed this fantastic 2 hour mini-workshop on wellness that works!
What is it? A 2 hour workshop where Jennifer will share her expertise through practical activities, discussions and exercises. There will be ideas and suggestions-a-plenty on how to find those precious moments in your busy day to focus on you; as well as practical tips and quick wins you can use to feel more balanced, energetic and alive on a daily basis. Healthy food and drink will be provided and it will all happen in the fabulous surroundings of the Tinker Tailor shop, Enfield. You'll also get to meet and chat with other mums and babies are of course welcome!
What will I leave with? A live-in nanny, personal chef and trainer....just kidding! ;) You'll leave with a practical, realistic and creative set of ideas and actions that you can use to improve your nutrition, exercise and mindfulness every single day. You'll also leave feeling inspired having met some lovely mamas.
