Being a mum is hard enough – without carrying around a heavy bag of MamaGuilt everywhere you go. Most of us feel guilt in some form and to some degree EVERY SINGLE DAY. That’s a lot of guilt.

This workshop is designed to help you explore the complex emotion that is guilt, to discover why we feel it and importantly to learn how to manage it everyday. You will be introduced to a simple game-changer - a tool to help you manage guilt in the moment and therefore minimise it’s impact.
